Happy Mountain was a box hotel build for and by festival guests at Roskilde Festival in 2013. Before the festival guests could sign up to join a workshop where Thomas Dambo would instruct them in building their own home for the festival. During the festival these guests would then live in a small village and get to know each other. And yes a few festival love stories came out of it.

After the festival Thomas Dambo transported the boxes to Copenhagen where they would be used for an artist hotel inside a church for the Images Festival. This was all a part of Thomas Dambos plan to make a Remake festival solely made from trash from Roskilde Festival.
